What is Stellar Glamping, and who is it suitable for?
Stellar Glamping is a unique retreat designed to offer a romantic yet relaxed glamping experience. Whether you’re planning a peaceful weekend getaway or a small gathering, Stellar Glamping provides the perfect escape.
Where is Stellar Glamping located, and how far is it from Auckland?
Stellar Glamping is located just 45 minutes south of Auckland city, offering easy access to a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to Highway 1.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
What amenities does Stellar Glamping offer?
Stellar Glamping provides modern amenities like high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and fully equipped bathrooms, ensuring that guests can enjoy the beauty of nature without sacrificing comfort.
How private is Stellar Glamping?
Stellar Glamping is located on an 8,000-square-meter private farm on a hillside. The glamping site is situated on a lower slope, with the main house higher up and separated by trees, plants, and stairs. Although the main house is faintly visible, the area provides a good level of privacy.
If I book a single dome, will I be sharing the space with others?
When you book a single dome, you will have a private bathroom. Our outdoor kitchen is connected, but divided into two sides for independent cooking. The fire pit area is shared.
Are children free of charge?
Children under 3 years old stay for free. For children who may need an extra bed, a additional fee will apply (just select the normal number of guests on the booking page). If you need a baby cot, you can choose our baby cot service on the Add-On page when making your reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed, as there are alpacas on the farm.
Can I invite friends or visitors who are not staying overnight?
To protect the privacy and safety of all our guests, only registered guests are allowed on the property. We’re a small, peaceful glamping site and not open to outside visitors. Thank you for understanding.
What are the bed arrangements?
Each dome is designed for 2 guests and includes one queen-size bed.
For 3–4 guests, a queen-size sofa bed can be added with our extra bed service (this will be automatically included based on the number of guests selected during booking).
Both beds are located in the same open-plan space.
Is it suitable for children?
We recommend it for children aged 5 and above. While some areas of the deck are elevated and have rope fencing, please be extra careful with smaller children.
What clothes should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. We also recommend bringing warmer clothes for sitting outside in the evenings.
Do I need to bring towels?
No, towels are provided.
Do I need to bring food?
You are welcome to bring your own food. We provide a light breakfast, including bread, milk, and eggs. You can also choose from a variety of rich options in our extra packages.
Parking
Is there parking available?
Yes. Each dome comes with one parking spot. For additional vehicles, please contact our customer service to arrange parking.

Is there cooking equipment?
